Product Safety:
Quikey Manufacturing certifies that its products meet US state and federal product safety requirements for their intended purpose of promotional advertising. Specifically, we test our products to ensure compliance with regulatory standards for lead and phthalates in children’s products.
Product Labeling:
As of 1/1/2010, the Quikey Manufacturing product line is in compliance with California Proposition 65 regulations and requires no labeling.
CPSIA:
With the single exception of Quikey’s “Picture Me Coloring” magnetic photo frame packaged with crayons, Quikey products do not fall into the categories of “Child’s Toy”, “Child Care Article” or “Children’s Product”, and are therefore not required to be compliant with the provisions of the CPSIA regulations. While not being legally bound by these regulations, we have nonetheless taken it upon ourselves to make sure that our products do meet the CPSIA regulations as regard lead and phthalate content in children’s items.
