Other New Custom Shape Info
Die Charge- One time die charge of $65(K) will apply to all new custom shapes and complex dies will cost more. Actual die will not be made until proof is approved by client. All dies property of Quikey.
Minimums
- New Shape - Minimum 1000 piece order.
- Re-Order Minimum - 500 pieces for 1-2 color imprints and 1000 pieces for 3-6 color imprints. No die charge for re-orders.
Piece Size
- New custom shapes are stock sized, for pricing shown below, to approximately 3 square inches, as measured L x W. Larger sizes will be quoted upon request.
Proofs
- Email Proof is included at NO Charge. Optional Product Proof is available for $20(G) and will be printed on larger piece of actual product color specified on PO, using a printed die line. Product proof option must be specified on PO.
- Approximate production time is 15 working days. Email Proof is included with every new custom shape key tag and order will ship 7 working days after client proof approval. Optional product proof for charge is available (see above) although product proof may extend schedule.
